Jurnal Rekayasa Lampung (JRL) is publishes independently peer-reviewed complete research papers, review papers, community service reports, and Investigations portfolios. From time to time, journals cover topical topics or special conferences that concentrate on specific fields.

Managed by the Faculty of Engineering, University of Lampung, JRL is published periodically three times a year (January, April, and August). The journal provides free open access to all readers to support global knowledge exchange.

JRL accepts manuscripts from various engineering fields (mechanical, electrical, industrial, civil, geophysics, geodesy, etc.), architecture, and applied science. It also features a Comments and Criticism section for clarifying or correcting misunderstood topics in published papers.
